Returns:
We do not have ” Money Refund ” Policy. Right now our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product….
- We do not accept returns of items once sold.
- We only offer exchanges of items once.
- We do not offer refund on items once sold
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for size-related issues within 2 days of delivery.
- Please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange due to a size issue.
- If Customer Want To Exchange With Another Product Then Customer Have To Pay Rs. 50 For One Product And More Than One Product Rs. 100 As Shipping Charge
- For any exchange, the return courier charge will be borne by the customer.
Exchange Process:
Contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery to request an exchange due to a size issue.
We will provide you with the return address for the exchanged item.
Securely pack the item and ship it back to us at your cost.
Please include a note with your name, order number, and the size you need for the exchange.
Shipping Cost:
Please note that the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for the exchanged product.
Delivery Timeline:
Once we receive your order, it will be processed and delivered within 8-10 working days.
Inspection & Approval:
- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
- We Inspect And Approved Exchange Within 2 Days.
- If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the correct size to you.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
